01. Who we are.
The Grey Notes, Inc. is a fragrance company based in Los Angeles, CA, registered in Florida. We sell original fragrance interpretations inspired by iconic scents, named after real songs. Our products are crafted at perfume extract concentration using the highest grade ingredients.
02. Acceptance of terms.
By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.
03. Orders & payment.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
04. Shipping & delivery.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5–8 business days (domestic) and 10–21 business days (international). These are estimates, not guarantees. The Grey Notes, Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.
05. Returns & final sale.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@thegreynotes.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
06. Intellectual property.
All content on this site — including copy, imagery, branding, and product names — is the property of The Grey Notes, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without written permission. Third-party brand names, trademarks, and song titles referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. 07. Limitation of liability.
The Grey Notes, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
08. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
09. Changes to these terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
