All The Grey Notes purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@thegreynotes.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
